ACRYLIC mouthpiece! Here is a piece a bit different for me. One is I used a solid piece of Acrylic for the mouthpiece and a Delrin tennon. Another is the shape is slightly different. I saw a Danish pipe I thought was very interesting and now that I look it seems quite common. Instead if my traditional straight walled bowl I took the Danish inspiration and very slightly tapered the bowl. Not a brandy by any means but the slight taper really seems to make a difference. It feels great in the hand and has generous capacity. Not a small piece! It is in my combination finish, first rusticated then sandblasted, it has a wonderful craggy, coral like appearance. It takes some extra time but I know of no other way to achieve this unique look. Hand cut Acrylic mouthpiece w/Delrin tennon, hand made solid sterling silver “Wide Wave” fitment. Thank you very much for looking and your consideration of my work.
