I don’t make many this large that’s for sure! The top photo is pictured with my Gp.4 Dunhill for size comparison. It takes a huge piece of Briar to get a pipe this size and all aspects of carving, mouthpiece and finishing are quite a challenge. This is in my combination finish, rusticated and then blasted. I it gives a very craggy look to the briar, time consuming but the results are very pleasing to the eye and feel. This piece is quite a handful and it is a sitter.
