I just completed this Rhodesian today, October 6th. The Feast day of St. Bruno who died in the year 1101! That may be a good choice for your christening smoke. I wish I had a better tin for the photo but this is all I had, a tin I probably purchased in the 1980’s and made in England. I sure wish I had a full tin of this English made St. Bruno’s. This is all I had, storage tin I have kept in my tool box since I was a machinist. This pipe came out with very nice colors and an incredible blast. It is a nice sized piece close to 6 inches long. Some useless information, the silver needed to complete the fitment was 2 ½ inches in length and it has 36 individual cuts to make the design. Hand cut Carmel Ebonite mouthpiece w/Delrin tennon, hand made solid sterling silver” Wide Rope” fitment. Thank you very much for looking and your consideration of my work.
