I must say I love this shape! I designed this shape many years ago and smoke one myself almost every day. I have another in the shop in the rough stage with my name on it. While my pipe is number 107, which is over 2000 pipes ago and it was made in 1990, it is still a smoking machine. This piece is a bit different than my first being the shank is longer and extends above the bowl. I love the bend and it hangs wonderfully in the mouth and a pipe cleaner easily passes to the bottom of the bowl.If you are looking for a piece that will let you be free do read, write, fish or whatever while smoking, this is a shape to consider. It also slips in the pocket very nicely. This blast is awesome and I am very pleased with the way my blasts have been coming out lately. It is a real thrill blasting a piece like this, not your everyday blast to say the least and the photo does it no justice. This piece is in my special polished blast finish and it has a very comfortable fishtail mouthpiece.
