I have had some requests lately to make my mouthpieces a bit flatter. For some reason since I started making my mouthpieces out of Ebonite I got away from a little technique that I use to use. I once again started using that technique and collectors have noticed a big improvement so I will continue to do this. It makes for a flatter more comfortable mouthpiece. I think you will notice a big difference. A commemorative pipe to celebrate the birth of our first child. Saylor Renee’ Roush was born on 20MAR09 at 11:41PM, weighed 8lb 8oz. a beautiful little girl and Heater and Saylor are doing wonderful. This pipe was completed today, the day after Saylor’s birth. This pipe has my new Jade Ebonite mouthpiece which is fitting for a March birth and also something I have never done before I added a small silver inlay next to my logo representing our child. This will never be done again in my mouthpiece. If we have another child I will have to come up with something else! This piece is a beautiful bent Cutty with a Plateau top and it is my first pipe that I felt was fitting for my “H” grade. Since Saylor was born on 3-20-09 I have priced the pipe @ $ 3200.90 which is currently the highest priced Roush pipe.
