A very different Pot for me, the first time I made a Pot like this and also a very different finish. As you may know, I have been working on some new blasting techniques. Well, here is another. This one is incredible in the cragginess but it is all blasted. I have been experimenting with a combination or rustication and blasting but this piece I did some really neat things in the cabinet. I love the look of this piece and the new design is very appealing also. As you may have noticed the bottom sides come up on a carve instead of my normal flat bottom with sharp corners. I really like the new look of this piece. I am not saying all my pots will have this look in the future but just something different to do once in a while.
