A wonderful Rhodesian in my black stain with Tortoise Shell Bakelite. The blast came out awesome on this pipe! I used some of my Tortoise shell Bakelite on this piece. I have a VERY limited supply of this material. This is by far my favorite Bakelite, it is truly beautiful and you can get lost staring into the beauty of the mouthpiece. I normally do not make a mouthpiece where you can see the tennon, however, many collectors said they do not mind so I thought I would try it and I must say it is not bad at all. I even think it adds to the uniqueness of the material. It is almost like looking into a piece of amber with all its variations. This is a very nice piece and just my size, about a gp. 4.
